My X2O (minerals) I put in my water and my FocusUP journey so far has been incredible and life-changing for me and my family!I have been a person in the last few years that has become dependent upon coffee, including added creamer and stevia, just so I can function on a daily basis. I started having heart palpitations several years ago. The cardiologist said it was because of a valve problem. I was told that I didn't need surgery or any special procedure as long as I can control my blood pressure & cholesterol, and exercise 3 times a week. That wasn't hard to do.But once in awhile, I would still have palpitations. Then one Saturday morning, I went on a training call and heard Dr. Diane Chapman say the heart is electric and the minerals in X2O are electrolytes. I really didn't understand what she was saying. Then I started reading about electrolytes in relation to the heart. Here is my personal testimony on Ellagiderm Cream. The first two times I used it I was a bit perplexed because when I put it on my face, it felt like sand to me. I first started feeling ill in 1996. It took the doctors a year to diagnose my illness as ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) commonly known as Lou Gehrig's disease. So, there I was in the doctor's office in August of 1997 and the doctor told me that there was no help for me - no treatment and no cure. I sat there trying to think of something intelligent to ask. So, after a minute I thought, well I'll ask him what he would do if he were me. I asked him and he said, "Well, I would retire from work, go to Florida, buy a trailer and wait to die." I drove home very depressed.Shortly after that visit to the doctor I kept an appointment with my chiropractor, who was also a good friend, and talked to him about my diagnosis. He talked to me at length about taking antioxidants and I started on them immediately. For the next nine months I read everything there was to read about vitamins. I ordered vitamins from companies all over the world. The problem was, with every combination of vitamins I took, they worked well for a while and I would feel better - then they would seem to stop having any effect after a couple of weeks.In the meantime, my overall general well-being was deteriorating and it was getting more and more difficult to keep a positive attitude. I have always been self-sufficient so it was difficult for me to begin to lose the edge of my independence as the disease progressed. My wife was very supportive, as were my stepchildren and the faculty at school. But even with their help it was becoming hard to stay upbeat. You see, it was as if my life was on a timeline and I was looking for a way to stop the deterioration and live again in such a way that I didn't have to think about the 'timeline' every day.By August of 1998, a year after diagnosis, I was experiencing severe symptoms of ALS. I could only walk sixty-six steps without stopping and resting. My mouth severely drooped on the left side and I was losing my ability to write or button my buttons with my right hand. I refused to allow anyone to help me dress and learned to use a pair of needle nose pliers to grab the button and push it through the button hole on my shirts. My left foot tingled with 'pins and needles' all the time and I had a very noticeable limp with a 'drop foot'. My balance was seriously affected and my speech was extremely slurred. As bad as all of that was, the fact that I had extreme difficulty swallowing was the worst part. For most people swallowing is a natural reflex and they don't even think about it. In July of 1998, in order for me to swallow I had to consciously concentrate on what my throat was doing. I was constantly in danger of choking - and it had become life threatening. Most ALS patients choke to death on their own phlegm.Then, one day in late July, while doing some work on a lady's house I met a gentleman. He saw me limping around and when I took one of my frequent breaks, he and I struck up a conversation. He said, "You need to be drinking more water." I agreed, but told him I didn't like the taste of water. He offered me a glass of water with X2O in it and it tasted great! He sold me a one-month supply and I started using it every day. Since I have been using X2O I have had a lot more energy and I don't feel like I have to sleep as long. I was having muscle cramps in my feet and legs and that has not been happening anymore.

I was kind of lucky. I stumbled on X2O. Nobody actually told me about it. About a year and a half ago, I started having blood sugar problems. I was prescribed diabetic medication and have now been on it for over 2 years. I’ve watched my blood sugar numbers continue to go up, even with all the medication I was taking.

In September, I signed up to receive the X20 sachets and the FocusUP capsules. My name is Danny Duvall, and I’m from Russellville, AR. On October 9, 2015, I had to take a physical exam for my job (I do environmental work in the oilfield, which requires a CDL). I had been drinking 3-4 liters of soda per day. My breakfast included 2 granola bars and a breakfast burrito from a convenience store. My lunches came from a convenience store (usually 2 chicken Crispitos and 2 Egg Rolls). Most of our dinners at home were pizza or some other type of fast food.

First, I stopped the sodas and energy drinks (thanks to FocusUP!). Next, we started cooking dinner at home nearly every night, and I quit eating like I would never see food again! I just started to be aware of how much I was eating. My breakfast became a banana or some granola with 1 cup of Greek yogurt. Then, just a few weeks ago, I started carrying my lunch (leftovers, or a sandwich or salad).

My name is Corinthea Stack. I am currently a Minister of a church in my town. The past few years have been very challenging for me physically.

I literally pushed my body to the limit when I was younger. I ran long distance Track in College and continued running during my 22 years in the Marine Corp. Because of the heavy running for so many years, and the strenuous activity I was subjected to in the Marine Corp, I injured my knee, my shoulder and my neck. I also developed an enlarged heart which was a major challenge for me.

For years I suffered with severe pain from these injuries and I had to have surgery on my neck, shoulders and my knee. As a result, I had to be on 27 medications for various issues surrounding the injuries and all the surgeries. On top of that, every three months I had to take shots in my neck, both shoulders and my left knee.

It was a long 2-year rehabilitation and slow recovery which resulted in me having to retire early. And I still had issues with pain and with the enlarged heart.

Every morning before I could get out of bed, I had to adjust myself and pray because I woke up to a severe pain over the left side of my heart. I never knew whether I was going to live that day or not when I first woke up.

So, needless to say, I had been praying for God to bless me with something that would take the pain away.

One day in November 2013, I received a call from a dear friend, Jackie Glover, saying that she wanted me to look at a business she had just found and she believed that I could benefit financially. Hi. I want to share my personal testimony with Xooma's X20 water sachets.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2000 which was a very aggressive form of cancer. I had 14 lymph nodes removed, as well as a 3 cm tumor and was placed on a two-year clinical trial of chemotherapy and 46 rads. I was only 33 and it was the most difficult time of my life. One of the chemotherapy agents (taxol) attacked me dramatically and I had severe pain in all of my bones (the best description I can give is the movie "full metal jacket” I felt like the man that was beaten by his fellow officers with heavy bags of hard soap) except my pain continued throughout the treatment. I made it through the chemotherapy and came out on the other side with osteopenia (this is a step away from osteoporosis). Several of my family members also have a history of this condition. I was very concerned my bones would not regenerate the way normal bones do because of the excessive chemotherapy.

I am a Naturopath and was introduced to Xooma about 2 years ago. At that time I started drinking the X20 sachets. I have to say this is the one thing I do consistently because I understand the importance of alkalinity and trace minerals, especially if you are trying to prevent cancer.

I am currently enrolled at Emory University to further my education in predictive health. In 2016 I nearly died. I was not able to eat for almost 3 weeks. I didn't go to the doctors right off because I've been able to get healed with prayer several times for serious challenges.I have broken ribs 2 different times. On one of the times I had air bubbles coming out of my left lung. It's a funny high pitched sound when the air leaks out. It also vibrates as the bubbles rise. Lillian Mahurin has Parkinson’s Disease. She was diagnosed with Parkinson’s approximately four years ago.

After starting on X2O in October 2015, something amazing happened. She hadn’t been to see her doctor for four months. When Lillian went to her appointment the end of January, she got up and did a little jig for her doctor. What response did she get?

My name is Genni, and I have a son who is 12. He is challenged with mild traits of Autism.

I’ve been taking the FocusUP and drinking X2O water for just a few months. My diabetes numbers are now where they should have been, after taking prescription medication for my diabetes, nearly uncontrollable for the last 7 years.

Currently, I’m now taking only a third of my prescription medication, and look forward to taking little to none.

I really cannot explain well enough how good I feel. I work in the real estate industry, so I have some flexibility as to when I set my office hours. ElectrolytesHere is another testimony that also happened after the same reenactment in the beginning of September. Not only was it 95 degrees, I was in a full wool uniform and under a tent for about 8 hours...cooking. Needless to say, I was sweating, and found later that I had sweated off 4 and a half pounds.

When I came home afterward – preparing for another event that night – my hand began to cramp. I took straight salt, thinking that might help. No relief. Then I remembered the X2O. I already knew it worked for indigestion, so I thought it might help. I opened the sachet and poured the minerals on the back of my tongue and swallowed them with some water. Five minutes later I had no more cramps, no more pain, nothing.

I have had weight issues since approximately age 12. But now I know I will never yo-yo diet again; I understand how to manage my weight with "God’s continued Blessings" and his tools, brought to me through Xooma WorldWide. On March 1, 2014 I began my X2O and FocusUP journey, thanks to Xooma Worldwide. I call it "The First Day of the Rest of My Life." The way I describe it is “God gave us the minerals - Xooma made them user-friendly." Here is my personal X2O and FocusUP journey, and I've updated the below in September 2015.Psalm 27:1 "The Lord is my Light and my Salvation, whom (what) shall I fear. The Lord is the strength of my life, whom (what) shall I be afraid?"Well, we all fear disease.After my emergency surgery on Christmas Eve in 2013, I could not regain my strength. I was getting weaker and weaker. I was not able to dress during the day. It was a struggle to walk 15 feet to the bathroom. I lived in my recliner. By that point, I was waiting and wanting to die.I thank God that Jill Gay cared enough about me to plant the seed about Xooma and X2O a year ago. Although I was not willing to listen at that time, the seed had been planted. I followed Jill's post on Facebook. I contacted Jill on February 28, 2014 - and picked up my Xooma Starter Kit.*** Here are all the ways in which Xooma's products have helped several physical challenges. ***LUPUS - SLE and DLE - my symptoms are improving. And I have decreased my medications 200mg a day. My Lupus SED rate was 2,560 when I was first diagnosed. It is now 24.Parietal Neuropathy - my symptoms have significantly improved in my arms and hands. Feeling is returning in legs and feet.I have severe breathing problems - my symptoms have greatly improved. I am able to walk a mile without stopping and gasping for breath. On May 30, 2014 my oxygen level was 100%. No more inhaler!RA & OA - symptoms have improved. I have eliminated 200mg Celebrex twice a day.I have had migraines since I was 11 years old, along with a family history of migraines. I took Propranolol twice a day for the past 35+ years. I have NO more migraines and have eliminated Propranolol.Sjogren's Syndrome - no noticeable symptoms. On April 18, 2014, I had an appointment with my heart doctor. I still had fluid in my lungs and around my heart. May 1, 2014, I began taking Natural Cellection and KardiaXyme. Next, at my doctor appointment on May 16, 2014, I had no fluid in my lungs or around my heart.Then, looking at my cholesterol levels, I attribute positive changes in them especially due to taking KardiaXyme. I never had high cholesterol but good cholesterol (HDL) is low. May 2014 my good cholesterol (HDL) was within normal range (44) my bad cholesterol (LDL) was 72 (15 points lower since Dec. 2013) and triglycerides was 60 (30 points lower than Dec. 2013).I had knee replacement in 2009. My doctor let me decide which knee to do first because the damage was the same, bone on bone, torn cartilages, ligaments, and meniscus. Due to staph infection five weeks later, I was unable to have the left knee replaced. X2O improved the symptoms with my left knee. I started KardiaXyme on May 1, 2014. By June 10, 2014 I have NO symptoms with my left knee.And in June 2014, thanks to X2O and KardiaXyme, I am able to sit in a lounge chair poolside. For many years, I have been unable to sit by the pool in a lounge chair. Not only this, I can now take 2 mile walks on the beach with ease, and most of all I can breathe with ease.I've been with Xooma for 2 years now. After the first 7 months, I lost 50 pounds.Of the 25 prescriptions I used to take, some as needed, I am now down to 4! After 5 1/2 years sleeping in a recliner, I am now sleeping all night in bed.I had my third bout with Shingles in April (2015) over my right eye. I put SilverMAX gel on the bumps and it never did blister. I must share the good news.I started drinking X2O in November 2015.
