Health is very important, especially as we get older. I am giving a stronger focus to improving my gut health as it has a wide spectrum effect to many symptoms that I suffer from.

I really enjoy my daily serving of Xiome365. It is a pleasant way to take in my needed pre-and pro-biotics that are essential for good gut health to flourish. I take all of my products with X2O water since the quality of the water we drink plays such a big role in our health. I make sure to use it (X2O) with all of the Xooma products that I take as well as in my regular water hydration for the day.

I have also been taking SilverMAX to accelerate the healing of the damage of leaky gut so that the other Xooma gut products can have optimal result in my overall gut health.In my upcoming orders I will be adding Assimilator (for the digestive enzymes) and Probiotix to my gut health care plan.
