I turned 92 years old this year (2023) and celebrated with a challenge to myself. Normally I swim a half-mile 5 days a week. For my birthday this year, I swam a full mile.

I’ve been staying healthy and always made sure to take good care of my body with proper nutrition and physical activity. I am thankful that I can keep this up and continue to feel great with the help of Xooma products.
