Hi, my name is Carolyn Manigault- Samuel, a Customer Service Rep here at Xooma World Wide. I appreciate the opportunity to tell my story.The product I would like to talk about is KardiaXyme. I have had chronic back pain for the past 35 years, the result of a work place injury.

In the beginning, I was told it should not hurt as much as you are saying, to the point of one neurosurgeon telling me it was psychosomatic. Many of my co-workers thought the same and that I was just looking to take time off work.Sitting at the job one night looking through our news letters, I came across an article concerning back pain and the feeling of hopelessness when no one had an answer. It was an article from the workmen compensation insurance representative. She was directing people to a facility called the Low Back Institute in Richmond, VA. I called, made an appointment, and went to the visit.

I will say that when you feel directed by God to go, He has already provided the answer. Upon meeting Dr. Kim Marsh I knew I would at least get an answer. After several different tests, he showed me that I had 2 ruptured discs and we planned the surgery. After the surgery, the pain got less intense but it did not go away. I suffered daily with pain and a life that was void of actually living but just surviving.

After years of chronic pain it had the nerve to change but not for the better. I was then diagnosed with spinal stenosis. Every few months I had to get epidural shots. Very effective but led to many other issues like increased blood sugar (causing my endocrinologist to increase my insulin dosage) and potentially brittle bones (resulting in more frequent bone density testing).

I was gifted with running into Mr. Ron Howell (Xooma’s CEO) and while talking he told me about his company and invited me to call and come by. It was all part of God’s plan. I called, got an interview and got hired. I learned about the products and started taking them. I started the original KardiaXyme in July 2020. It was very helpful in controlling the inflammation and pain. Due to the pandemic, our manufacturer had to change the formula this year. I started that new formula when it arrived in April. After a week, I realize one morning I had NO pain. I figured, OK thank you, God, but the next day, same thing. I came to work excited to tell everyone about not feeling any pain. After talking and looking at what I was doing different we realized it had to be the New KardiaXyme because nothing else had changed. We are all different but if you are suffering and want to try something different and get a better result give it a try. I definitely know this is working for me.
