I started my weight loss journey 38 years ago, at the age of 10. I had been grossly overweight and under medical supervision for anorexia. I can honestly say that initially I had absolutely no clue what I was doing. Dieted on so many programs yet I always ended up gaining weight! I would follow their menus, the schedules, their supplements, exercise – completely as I was asked. And I still gained weight! And we’re not talking 1 or 2 pounds, more like 15 and 20. It was so frustrating. I ended up severely depressed, with low self-esteem and low energy. I was a medicated, overweight, unhealthy, unhappy woman who was EMBARRASSED at who I had become.

In May 2014 I met Crystal Andrus Morissette at one of her retreats. At one point I heard Crystal congratulating women on how awesome they looked and then heard the women talk about how amazing they felt. I came to find out they were speaking about Xooma products and Crystal’s 30-Day Cleanse Your Life Challenge. Needless to say I signed up for the next one that was being offered, and I have never looked back.

January 2015 I completed my third Cleanse Your Life Challenge. I have to say I have never felt so much support or ‘community’ in my life – with anything I have ever done, much less to lose weight.

I am here to speak my truth to you that I have lost more than just 4 sizes. I have lost depression. I lost sore feet and ankles, knees and hips. I have lost that feeling of being an insecure embarrassed woman who hid in her home.

With this program and the amazing Xooma products, I have transformed into a woman who loves to dance, to exercise, is riding her horses again, and who enjoys going out with her friends. I gained a whole new lifestyle of health and wellness. I am confidently sharing with others all of Xooma’s products, the 30-Day Cleanse Your Life Challenge AND Xooma’s prosperity plan!!
