I used the MetaboWize System in the past to lose a large amount of weight and I just used it again. This time I lost 23 lbs in 40 days. I joined a healthy eating program that taught proper food choices and prepping. I then added the Metabowize system (AM & PM Formula & Protein Shake) and lost more weight than those who didn’t use MetaboWize. The other participants were on less protein and 80% fruits and veggies. That doesn’t work for me. I need more protein in my diet and the Metabowize shakes had the right amount of protein and calories.
