Before I started using FocusUP, I was NOT a morning person. I woke up ‘one toe at a time’. Now, when I wake up, I’m awake; ready to start my day, and about 15 minutes after taking FocusUP, I feel ‘bright’! It’s like a sunrise… no jittery burst of energy, but a gentle awareness that my brain is functioning at full brilliance. This calm, clear, focus lasts me about 12-14 hours.
