My “Before and After” pics are a result of my 4th consecutive “30 Day Cleanse Your Life Challenge” with Xooma Worldwide and Xooma’s products.

I wasn’t going to share them because they were only meant for me to track my progress – but I was so surprised at how much my body had changed in such a short period of time with no struggle, with no obsessive thoughts of food, no strenuous, painful exercise and no daily weigh-ins on the scale.
For the record, I’ve done a lot of different things to try and lose weight. I can wholeheartedly say that this is the first time in my adult life that I feel totally free from the vicious cycle of losing weight only to gain it back again.

And the best part is this isn’t your typical “cleanse”. It is not about some weird restrictive diet or juices. It is not about starving yourself, nor is it about “no pain no gain” in the gym, either.

Xooma’s products helped make a huge difference for my success with these cleanses. I used X2O, FocusUP, and the MetaboWize products including the AM and PM Formula. And I continue to use these products not just when I’m on these 30-day cleanses!

What this cleanse is really about is learning how to take care of yourself. It is about getting your mind, body and spirit in sync and it is a lifestyle. Which, in my opinion, after going down so many other bumpy roads, it is exactly what is needed for the true releasing of weight and breaking the vicious cycles.

And it’s still in progress… I’m looking forward to continuing on with this Cleanse to solidify everything I have learned and update my “After” pics!
