For the record, I don’t share this to boast, but truly for two reasons: I am grateful and I want to inspire.

At my last company, it took me almost 2 years to hit a level of what we called “Supervisor I” which was at that point, about $1,200/month. The compensation was a Uni-level Comp plan and you had to have 3 personal active legs and 2 of those legs also needed to be at a required rank and volume as well. By the way, this volume would wash out at the end of the month… and you have to start all over again. To qualify for your BMW car bonus, you had to achieve this twice back to back for 2 months straight. I did qualify. In fact I moved on to a few more levels/ranks and at my top made about $5,000/month and helped about 6 people in my organization to earn their BMW’s and rank. Again, this took a lot of hard strategic work and several months for me.

My point is that it has been 5 weeks since I’ve been with Xooma and I have earned almost $1500 total. Again, It took me almost 2 years in my previous company to earn $1,200/month, and a little over a month to earn $1,500 with Xooma… simply, just sharing about water.

I’m blown away, humbled and hope this inspires you. It’s not rocket science. If you believe, stay plugged in, use the system, share consistently… and it will happen for you!
